Five days from your first email to a signed scope. Six weeks from scope to first production deploy under our operations. After that, your engineers stop running incidents and start shipping features.

The five-day audit

1. Day 1

   Read-only access

   You add us as a CODEOWNER on a single read-only branch + invite us to GitHub org / Cloudflare / Hetzner / your observability backend with read-only scopes.

2. Day 2-3

   Inventory

   We map your operating layer — every cron, every cert, every secret, every CI workflow, every dashboard. Output: an honest report of what works, what is rotting, what is silently failing.

3. Day 4

   Scope proposal

   We propose what we would take over (CI/CD, observability, hygiene, secrets, deploy) and what stays with your team (product features, schemas, business logic). Written down. Signed by both sides.

4. Day 5

   Contract or no

   You either sign the operational contract or you don't. The audit report is yours either way.

After signing

You get a private subdomain (your-org.clients.labshero.ai) where every system you delegated is observable in plain English. One-click "Copy diagnostic" feeds your incident channel or your Claude. Auto-remediation runs where you authorized; everything else queues for your review.

Quarterly contract review. 60-day notice to terminate.
